The passion and innovation that has earned Izzy’s Butchers the awards and reputation gained on a national scale, will also shine through to the menu and meals in the Cafe

Now collaborate said Butchers shop with a highly driven, skilful and knowledgeable Chef, well rehearsed in all aspects of dining and hospitality. We think we are onto something special!

Ian Fuller, has run his own Pubs, Restaurant’s, outdoor catering and Private Chef work to a high standard throughout his career. He is passionate in producing good tasting wholesome plates of food, elevating a standard dish into a meal worth travelling for.
